Detox Dilly Bars: A Healthy Spin to A Classic Treat

Here's a fun detox spin on a classic treat! These Detox Dilly Bars are sure to be a hit at your house. Making your own treats at home ensures you can avoid toxic ingredients and enjoy a healthier version of this beloved treat.


Detox Dilly Bars


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Daily Nutritional Support Shake Powder (get it here)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  • Enjoy Life chocolate chips (for melting)

Instructions:


  1. In a stand mixer on low speed, combine the Daily Nutritional Support Shake Powder, ripe banana, cinnamon, coconut yogurt, and honey/maple syrup until well mixed.

  2. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper (you can also do without parchment paper).

  3. Place popsicle sticks into each dollop of the mixture.

  4. Melt Enjoy Life chocolate chips on the stovetop.

  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over each dallop of dilly bar mixture.

  6. Place the sheet pan in the freezer and let the bars freeze for 30 minutes to 3 hours, or until hard.

  7. Once frozen, store the dilly bars in an airtight, non-toxic Stasher bag in the freezer.
